They have also introduced the new HRM50 Series, built to meet the extreme cooling needs of AI-intensive environments.

KoolLogix Pte Ltd. and the Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A*STAR) have launched an $8m joint lab to develop cooling solutions for AI and Graphic Processing Unit (GPU)-driven data centres.

The collaboration aims to deliver smart, adaptive cooling systems whilst reducing energy consumption, operational costs, and environmental impact.

KoolLogix and A*STAR also launched the HRM50 Series, which features a pump-free and compressor-free design.

The system also has achieved a coefficient of performance (COP) of 150, delivering improvements in operational reliability and energy savings of up to 50% compared to traditional cooling technologies.

With its zero water risk technology, the solution ensures infrastructure safety by eliminating the risk of water damage to expensive computer hardware whilst supporting decarbonisation and sustainability goals.

This builds on the long-standing partnership between KoolLogix and A*STAR, with the first-generation KoolLogix Heat Removal Module (HRM) 20 Series developed in 2019 under A*STAR’s Technology for Enterprise Capability Upgrading (T-Up) programme.
