Goodman Group (ASX: GMG), a global provider of essential infrastructure for the digital economy, has acquired a 45.8-acre infill property strategically located in the heart of San Jose, California – the epicentre of Silicon Valley and the world’s fifth-largest data centre market.
Surrounded by the headquarters of global tech giants, the site will be an integrated campus combining high value data centres with advanced manufacturing/warehouse space. It will feature two state-of-the-art data centres totalling approximately 414,000 square feet with up to 97.3 MW of available power by 2028, creating a future-ready precinct that supports Silicon Valley’s digital and industrial innovation.
The property currently has two existing R&D buildings totalling 500,349 SF available for lease from October 2026. The estate will be renamed ‘Goodman Innovation Centre San Jose’ to reflect its new mixed-use purpose.
