Recently, China Telecom’s Shannan communications production building and data center construction project was officially launched in Huainan City. The project is expected to have a total investment of more than RMB 100 million and aims to build a new intelligent computing center integrating large-scale data processing, data storage and data security services. After the completion of the project, it will significantly improve the digital economic infrastructure in Huainan region and provide strong technical support and service guarantee to promote the development of the local digital economy. It is reported that this project is one of the “2+16+X” computing power infrastructure layout of China Telecom Anhui Company, with a total investment of over 100 million yuan, including a communications production building and a data center building.
